Does your bacon and beef stick freeze well?
Why, yes it does.  Our bacon and other smokehouse products come to you vacuum sealed for freshness which greatly reduces the likelihood of freezer-burn.  We have kept our bacon and other smokehouse products frozen for up to 3 months with no issues or changes to flavor.

How do you suggest I cook the bacon?
Take a look at this link for instructions on how to bake your bacon.  Once you bake it, you will never go back to pan frying again.

Do you really slice and package everything by hand?
Yep, we sure do.  Sure, it is more work but we feel that doing everything by hand makes a far better product.  This is why we do everything in small batches.  Small batches allow us to keep the cost down and the quality superior to any grocery store purchased products.

How is the product packaged for shipping?

Most of our products can go a few days without refrigeration due to our dry-curing and smoking process.  (We do recommend storing all of our products in the refrigerator though.)  We package our shipments with ice packs to help the shipments stay cool while in transit.  We also pay attention to the number of days in transit so that we can package the shipment accordingly if it is taking a long trip to you.

My package arrived on time, but it is not cold.  Is it OK?
Yes.  Our products can go a few days without refrigeration due to our dry-curing and smoking process.  However, we recommend refrigerating all of our products as soon as you receive them and to store them in the refrigerator.  You can also freeze all of our products for long term storage.
