OK, I admit that right now 'Farmer's Market' may be a bit of a stretch. It is still pretty early in the season and not many crops are ready to be harvested and sold. That doesn't stop me from making smokehouse products though.

Better Ingredients, Better Bacon

Sea salt, kosher salt, raw sugar, brown sugar, molasses, maple syrup, and herbs & spices (like fennel, rosemary, thyme,  and black pepper)...  using just the good stuff to make my bacon is what stands me apart from so many.
